Guests will be collected from their hotel or lodge within Victoria Falls Town. An early cross-border transfer or designated meet-up can be arranged for guests travelling from Livingstone, Zambia. Board an air-conditioned transfer vehicle and begin the journey towards Hwange National Park.
05:30 AM – 07:30 AM | Road Transfer to Hwange National Park
Enjoy a scenic drive through Zimbabwe’s countryside, passing traditional villages and rural landscapes en route to Hwange National Park. Upon arrival at Hwange Main Camp, meet your professional safari guide and transfer into an open-air 4x4 safari vehicle for an exciting wildlife-viewing experience.
08:00 AM – 12:30 PM | Morning Game Drive
Embark on an extensive morning game drive through Hwange National Park, exploring its diverse landscapes, woodland areas, open plains and wildlife waterholes. Look out for elephants, lions, buffaloes, giraffes, zebras, antelope and other fascinating wildlife. A mid-morning break with tea, coffee and light refreshments may be arranged during the safari.
12:30 PM – 01:30 PM | Bush Lunch and Refreshments
Take a break from your wildlife adventure and enjoy lunch in a designated bush setting or picnic area. Vegetarian meals can be arranged upon prior request. Bottled water and selected refreshments are served, allowing guests to relax and appreciate the tranquillity of the African wilderness.
01:30 PM – 04:00 PM | Afternoon Game Drive
Continue your safari through another section of the park, exploring additional wildlife-viewing areas and waterholes. With your guide’s knowledge of the park, search for more wildlife and enjoy further opportunities for photography and observing animals in their natural habitat.
04:00 PM – 04:30 PM | Departure from Hwange National Park
Conclude your safari adventure and return to the park’s designated departure point. Meet your transfer driver and board the air-conditioned vehicle for the return journey to Victoria Falls Town.
04:30 PM – 06:30 PM | Return Transfer to Victoria Falls Town
Relax on the return road journey through Zimbabwe’s countryside as you make your way back to Victoria Falls.
06:30 PM – 07:00 PM | Hotel/Lodge Drop-Off
