Day 1: Arrival in Paradise
Arrive at the camp and settle into your accommodation. Enjoy a welcome drink as you take in the serene surroundings. Later, head out for an afternoon game drive, exploring the untamed wilderness and spotting a variety of wildlife before returning for dinner and a relaxing evening under the stars.
Day 2: Game Drive & River Exploration
Begin your day with a morning game drive, tracking wildlife in the cool hours. After brunch, embark on a peaceful boat cruise along the Kafue River, discovering river life, bird species, and breathtaking scenery. Overnight at the lodge.
Day 3: Community Visit & Village Experience
Visit the local community school where you can interact with students and learn about their daily life. Continue to a nearby village where you can buy a village chicken and experience authentic rural hospitality. Enjoy traditional storytelling and cultural exchange.
Day 4: Mpamba Rock Walk & Island Sunset
Take a guided walk to Mpamba Rock, a scenic viewing point offering panoramic sights of the surrounding landscape. In the late afternoon, transfer to an island for a magical sunset experience, complete with ice-cold drinks and breathtaking views. Dinner and overnight at the lodge.
Day 5: Tree Basket Lunch & Bush Dining
Start your morning with an unforgettable tree-basket breakfast or lunch, elevated above the ground with a stunning view of nature. In the afternoon, enjoy another game drive before rounding off the day with a bush dinner under the open African sky.
